It is no news that the Real Estate sector provides opportunities for young entrepreneurs if maximized properly and the real estate sector in Nigeria is of course no different, It has continued to thrive and expand due to the diversity in which its participants operate. 

In the aspect of its development so far, there are lots of established real estate firms that have become notable and should be commended for their impact in the industry. This of course can only be due to the striving efforts initiated by the CEOs of such firms and not without mentioning its employees.  

These CEO’s have shown exemplary leadership and have successfully positioned their companies as a leader in the Nigeria Real Estate industry whilst continuing to prove that Nigeria indeed possesses abundant human resources that can make her stand tall across the world.

In no particular order, here are our pick of Nigeria’s notable real estate CEOs of Distinction that have shown exemplary leadership, contributed notably to the nation’s GDP and grown their organizations to noteworthy reputation in this year.

Kunle Adeyemi – Sterling Homes

Dr. Kunle Adeyemi is the CEO of Sterling Homes Limited, a property development company operating at both national and international level whilst dedicated to increasing access of homeownership to the average citizen.

Oba Adetola Emmanuel King – Adron Homes 

When we talk about business leaders in the real estate industry whose efforts and initiatives has proven that there’s so much more to real estate than just selling properties, Oba Adetola Emmanuel King definitely comes to mind.
