Prime Water View Gardens is a very luxurious residential estate located along Freedom Way Lekki Phase 1 – IKate. I visited the estate early in June, to say I was swayed by its beauty would certainly be the biggest understatement I’d be making in a long time. The estate defines true beauty, class, exquisiteness and so many great adjectives that can be used to qualify it. It’s little wonder there’s an understandable price tag attached to it. As the local saying goes “soup wey sweet, na money kill am” as a matter of fact, in this case, na better money kill am.
PWV is gated and fenced. The residential estate is developed by prime water view holdings and boasts of adequate facilities for comfort. PWV 1 & 2 can easily be accessed via Ikate Bus stop (third roundabout) or through Admiralty way (1st roundabout). The estate is a service apartment, made up of several blocks of flats residential style of apartment and it is either for sale or for rent.
About the Estate
Phase 1 &2 :
Prime water view Gardens 1 was completed in the year 2009 and comprises 107 units of 2-Bedroom apartments, 3-Bedroom apartments and a 3-Bedroom Penthouse consisting of Boys’ Quarters.
PWV Gardens 2: unlike the PWV Gardens 1 with a base model of 2-Bedroom apartments, phase 2 kicks off with a base model of 3-Bedroom apartments. This is not to say that lesser apartments like a mini flat can’t be rented in the estate. It simply means the 2/3 bedroom is the yardstick for measurement in the estate.
The phase two was completed in 2014 and comprises 348 units of 3-Bedroom apartments, 4-Bedroom Penthouses, and 4-Bedroom Semi-Detached houses.
PWV 1&2 boast of various luxurious facilities like swimming pool, elevators, lawn tennis court, various relaxation spots, standby generators, adequate security, security lights, etc. The gardens also have schools, banks, supermarkets, eateries, clean water, and a host of many other facilities that makes life easier and comfortable.
Who Can be Residents?
The estate is home to wealthy individuals, families or groups. This doesn’t come as a shock considering that the estate has so much luxury. Anyone who can afford the rent is welcome to stay there.
Security in Prime Water View Gardens
Security in Primewaterview gardens is pretty standard. The garden is gated and has a high presence of security guards at the gate. There are also security lights everywhere in the garden. Visitors are scrutinized and are not allowed to enter except upon confirmation of residents they have come to visit. The security personnel are responsible and do not harass the visitors.

Prime Water View Gardens has a very neat and serene environment with Clean water, Uninterrupted Power Supply, Security, Good Drainage System, and Good Waste Management System, Close proximity to Schools, Hospitals, Banks, Shopping Malls, Market, etc.
