A Lagos-based real estate development company, Dradrock Real Estate Limited has unveiled a 20-hectare housing estate in Lakowe area of Lagos state.
Known as Prime Oikos Estate, the estate would take care of the growing demand by young families who desire quality and affordable housing.
Mr. Oladipo Idowu-Agida, the Chief Executive Officer, Dradrock Estate Company, made this known while addressing newsmen in Lagos recently.
According to him, Prime Oikos Estate was inspired by the Greek family structure and specially designed to cater for the residential needs of modern family, which was in line with the company’s objective of creating a viable investment platform for real estate investors in the ever expanding real estate market.

Mr. Temidayo Idowu, Head, Marketing of the firm, said the estate would have all modern facilities like; perimeter fencing and gatehouse interlocked roads, streetlight, efficient drainage system, green area, estate club house with gym, recreational park, 24 hours security surveillance includes CCTV surveillance camera and electricity supply.
He noted that the company has put in a place flexible payment plans to cater for people of all walks of life irrespective of their income levels, noting that Dradrock Real Estate considers each individuals unique income and advises on the most suitable payment structure for each income bands.
