Last week’s historic visit by Prince Akintoye Adeoye, President of the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN), accompanied by distinguished members of the REDAN leadership, Vice President Dr. Kunle Adeyemi, National Organizing Secretary Dr. Dotun Oloyede, and other State Chairmen, visited the Ooni of Ife, His Imperial Majesty (HIM) Oba Dr. Adeyeye Enitan Babatunde Ogunwusi, Ojaja II, CFR, marked a significant event that showcased the rich colourful traditions of the Yoruba culture.

The visit highlighted the connection between real estate and Yoruba culture. As the Grand Patron of REDAN, the Ooni of Ife welcomed the delegation warmly, emphasizing the link between traditional leadership and modern real estate development, further solidifying the bond between tradition and innovation in Nigeria’s real estate sector.
