Kimberly Ryan Unveils New HR Plans to Boost Business Growth and Embrace Digital Innovation

Human resource management firm, Kimberly Ryan Limited, has rolled out fresh initiatives aimed at transforming the HR space and pushing businesses in Nigeria and beyond to adopt modern digital strategies.

In a statement released on Sunday, the company said it is setting new standards in workforce transformation through two major initiatives that are expected to redefine how HR contributes to business growth. The firm noted that as many companies now rely on HR to lead strategic development, Kimberly Ryan is stepping up to help HR professionals adjust and lead effectively.

The first major initiative is a Virtual HR Roundtable, which is set to hold on May 29, 2025. The event will focus on the theme: “The Role of HR in Business Transformation & Digitalisation.” According to Kimberly Ryan, this roundtable will feature key voices from different sectors, who will share ideas and discuss the future of HR. The event is expected to provide deep insights into how the HR function is changing in response to the demands of modern businesses.

Some of the panelists expected at the event include Gbenga Odetunde, Deputy Registrar of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), who will deliver the keynote address. Other speakers include Temitope Olusesan-Biala from Punch Nigeria Limited, Vivian Agunabor from Kimberly Ryan Limited, Oluseye Komolafe from United Capital Plc, and Emmanuel Abegunde from the law firm Jackson, Etti & Edu.

The panel will be moderated by Adewole Fasina, who is the Head of Outsourcing and Learning & Development at Kimberly Ryan Limited. According to the company, the roundtable will discuss how digital tools, data, and flexible leadership styles are changing the role of HR professionals in Africa and around the world.

As part of its larger plan, Kimberly Ryan will also host a three-day HR engagement event called the Strategic HR Leadership Programme. This second initiative will take place from June 18 to June 20, 2025, at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Victoria Island, Lagos. The programme is designed for HR professionals who want to remain relevant and ahead of trends in the ever-changing work environment.

The company explained that participants at the Lagos event will be exposed to fresh strategies that can help organisations tackle economic uncertainty, stay competitive, and build strong and adaptable HR systems. These strategies are expected to help HR leaders manage everything from succession planning and staff performance to employee engagement and company culture.

Kimberly Ryan stressed that the goal of both the virtual roundtable and the physical engagement programme is to help HR leaders move from just managing operations to taking strategic roles within organisations. The company believes that modern HR must now play a more active part in business innovation and growth.

“With these two initiatives, we are creating platforms for HR leaders to learn, connect, and develop skills that are needed in today’s business world,” the company said.

Kimberly Ryan is known for its work in HR consulting, talent management, and corporate training. Over the years, the firm has helped various businesses improve their HR practices and employee productivity.

As businesses continue to adapt to the digital age, Kimberly Ryan says the need for forward-thinking HR strategies has never been more important. The upcoming events are seen as part of a bigger push to place HR at the center of decision-making and digital transformation efforts in Nigerian and African companies.
