Laterra Allocates Over 400 Plots in Ubasinachi Estate, Asaba

Laterra over the weekend allocated over 400 plots of land in its Ubasinachi Estate, located at Ubulu Unor Road, Asaba. This development is positioned as a significant opportunity for land banking and residential building in a region known for its secure environment and robust infrastructure.

Ubasinachi Estate is strategically situated near several security and institutional landmarks, including a Mopol base, an Army base, a Navy School, and the Ogwashi Correctional Centre. It is also close to Delta State Polytechnic Ogwashi-Uku, the High Court, General Hospital, Nedine Table Water, Granite and Nail Factory, and the Jay Jay Okocha Stadium.

In a statement, Benedict Mmirioma Obiajulu, Founder and Group Managing Director of Laterra, highlighted the philosophy behind the estate’s name, UBASINACHI, which means “wealth comes from God.” Obiajulu stated, “Our goal is to make 10,000 happy property owners and to create wealth for a broad group of people. Today, we are allocating over 400 plots to clients who have expressed satisfaction with their investments. We strive to deliver beyond expectations.”

Obiajulu emphasized the estate’s existing infrastructure, noting the availability of electricity and well-developed roads. “Ubasinachi is already a liveable area with a thriving ecosystem,” he said. “We believe in the potential of land banking to improve lives, and this estate is part of our broader mission to introduce similar opportunities that enable wealth creation.”

The estate was also used to launch the Kid2Landlord challenge, a program aimed at promoting land banking. Obiajulu explained, “If you do land banking right, your life will be right. This initiative underscores our commitment to creating wealth for the masses.”

Clients have reported positive experiences with Laterra Revolution Properties. Mr. Kingsley Ogu shared, “I’m glad I got my documents and got allocated within 4 months of investing with Laterra.” Another client, Mr. Tochi, remarked, “This is my first time investing and I’m glad I did it with the right company. I’m encouraging other youths to do the same rather than blowing up their resources.”

Laterra has built a reputation for delivering on its promises. Obiajulu noted, “We aim to provide transparent, simple, and risk-free real estate solutions. Our focus is on quality and customer satisfaction.”

Ubasinachi Estate is designed to be accessible to a wide range of investors, including youths and civil servants. “We want to offer opportunities to those who might not afford high-end properties. Ubasinachi allows for long-term investment in a well-established and secure environment,” Obiajulu added.

The estate’s location and infrastructure make it a viable option for various purposes, including residential development and land banking. “We offer packages that allow for both immediate use and long-term holding in a liveable area surrounded by essential amenities,” said Obiajulu.
“This latest allocation is part of our ongoing efforts to provide innovative real estate solutions in Asaba”. He stated
