MTN Nigeria has announced plans to construct the largest data centre in West Africa, a state-of-the-art facility designed to significantly boost the region’s digital infrastructure.
The new data centre will feature 1,500 racks and meet the stringent requirements of a Tier 4 data centre. This means it will be completely fault-tolerant, with redundancy for every component and an expected uptime of 99.995 per cent.
