In a statement issued on Monday, the company said the certification followed a comprehensive assessment of its organisational culture, employee experience, and corporate values, affirming Axxela’s reputation for promoting inclusivity and trust within its workforce.
During a presentation ceremony held in Lagos, the certification was officially handed to Axxela’s Executive Management Team, led by the Group Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Timothy Ononiwu.
