Excite Panacea Unveils AI Supply Chain Dashboard

Excite Panacea, a Nigerian-based supply chain technology company, has introduced an AI-powered supply chain analytics dashboard aimed at improving distribution efficiency and tackling data fragmentation across West Africa’s fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.

The new product was launched at the 2025 Route to Market West Africa Summit, which held recently in Lagos. The summit attracted over 1,000 participants from across the FMCG industry, including major players such as Coca-Cola, Danone, NigerBev, Fleetwize, and Tradesense. Excite Panacea served as the title sponsor and official technology partner at the two-day event.

The firm said the AI dashboard was developed to solve persistent supply chain problems in Africa, especially issues of poor visibility, fragmented data reporting, and inefficient route-to-market models. It is designed to provide real-time, actionable intelligence to businesses struggling with operational bottlenecks.

Speaking at the summit, the General Manager of Excite Panacea, Eniola Alli-Ayodele, said the product would help businesses make smarter decisions and improve efficiency across distribution networks. “As a technology company rooted in supply chain transformation, we are proud to help shape the future of distribution in Africa. This dashboard is a direct response to the needs of businesses across the region,” she said.

Chief Executive Officer of Excite Panacea, Godson Nkeokelonye, also expressed confidence in the potential of the product to reshape the FMCG supply chain landscape in West Africa. He said, “The solution aligns with the growing demand for real-time insights and market agility. We are proud to have championed this platform at a time when the industry is redefining efficiency, relevance, and reach.”

A major highlight of the summit was a conversation between Nkeokelonye and the Managing Director of PZ Cussons Nigeria, Oghale Elueni. The session, titled “Digitising Route to Market: From Fragmented Data to Actionable Intelligence,” addressed key challenges such as high cost-to-serve models, lack of visibility, and weak logistics infrastructure. Both executives agreed that digital tools like Excite Panacea’s new dashboard are vital to solving these long-standing issues.

Throughout the summit, Excite Panacea managed the event’s digital infrastructure, including attendee registration, live engagement, and breakout session coordination, further showcasing the practical benefits of its technology in action.

Nkeokelonye noted that beyond the product launch, Excite Panacea is helping FMCG brands rethink their approach to data and distribution. “This isn’t just about having more data. It’s about having the right data in the right format, at the right time. Our dashboard provides that visibility and intelligence businesses need to grow in competitive markets,” he said.

Many attendees, including logistics and sales executives, praised the dashboard’s potential to reduce operational costs and improve responsiveness to market changes. The system aggregates data from sales, warehousing, logistics, and customer service operations, offering predictive insights that support smarter inventory planning and timely product delivery.

Excite Panacea also used the opportunity to showcase its other digital tools tailored to African markets, emphasising its commitment to solving local problems with local solutions.

The company reiterated its focus on helping FMCG businesses strengthen consumer engagement, improve route optimisation, and increase profitability through better data use. It noted that as demand grows for efficient supply chain systems, digital innovation would remain central to overcoming regional challenges.

With the rollout of its AI dashboard, Excite Panacea believes it is well positioned to support businesses navigating an increasingly complex and competitive landscape in Nigeria and across West Africa.
