US Immigration Law Firm CFUIS Expands into Nigeria, Targets Global Talent and Business Growth

by Radarr Africa

The Centre for United States Immigration Services (CFUIS), a leading American immigration law firm, has officially launched its operations in Nigeria, as part of its strategic plan to connect Africa’s business and human capital potential with global opportunities, particularly in the United States.

In a statement released on Monday, CFUIS said the new Nigerian office will serve as a legal and advisory hub for individuals, professionals, and businesses across Africa who seek assistance with U.S. immigration services, workforce mobility, and international expansion.

The expansion is being spearheaded by Dr. Martins Imudia, a Nigerian-American immigration attorney and the firm’s director. Imudia, who hails from Oza-Nogogo in Delta State, is described as a seasoned legal expert and entrepreneur with a track record of blending legal proficiency with social impact.

Our expansion into Nigeria is not just about legal services—it’s about unlocking global opportunities for individuals, empowering communities through education, and building a future where Africa plays a leading role on the world stage,” Dr. Imudia said.

Headquartered in Tampa, Florida, CFUIS has operational offices in Bradenton, Clearwater, Dearborn, Fort Myers, Jacksonville, Miami, and Orlando. The firm offers a wide range of services, including employment- and family-based immigration petitions, naturalisation, deportation defence, and global mobility consulting for multinationals.

CFUIS emphasized that its culturally sensitive and results-driven approach sets it apart in the immigration law space. The Nigerian office, now open, is positioned to serve as a bridge for African talent, families, and businesses looking to engage with the U.S. legal system or explore immigration and business expansion options.

According to the firm, this move goes beyond legal representation. It is part of a broader mission to enable access to global opportunities, using immigration law and education as tools for social and economic empowerment.

Beyond his legal work, Dr. Imudia also leads Siotoh Holdings LLC, which includes subsidiaries like Siotoh Academy, Siotoh Global Mobility, and Otawise Technologies, all aimed at promoting innovation, mobility, and entrepreneurship.

In line with his humanitarian efforts, Imudia has partnered with the Delta State Government to launch a vocational training institute under Siotoh Academy. The school, now accepting registrations, is aimed at tackling unemployment by equipping Nigerian youth with job-ready, practical skills in a rapidly changing global economy.

His foundation, the Imudia Foundation, supports vulnerable communities by providing healthcare, social infrastructure, and educational programmes, while his co-founded venture Oza Invest Limited is focused on capital investment and economic development in rural communities like his hometown.
