FSL Insurance Brokers Launches FSL Insure App to Boost Digital Insurance Access in Nigeria

by Radarr Africa

FSL Insurance Brokers Limited has officially launched a new mobile and web application called FSL Insure, aimed at making insurance services easier, faster, and more accessible to individuals and businesses across Nigeria.

In a statement issued on Sunday, the insurance brokerage firm said the new platform offers a fully digital insurance experience. Through the app, users can search, compare, purchase, and manage insurance policies in real time, from anywhere and at any time, using their mobile phones or web browsers.

The platform connects users directly to products from top Nigerian insurance companies through strategic partnerships. The company said this approach is designed to remove traditional barriers that have made insurance difficult to access for many Nigerians, especially small business owners and individuals in underserved areas.

The firm also confirmed that the platform has received full regulatory approval from National Insurance Commission, assuring users that the app meets industry standards for compliance, transparency, and customer protection.

The digital infrastructure behind the app was developed through a technical partnership with Safam Digital, which handled the design and deployment of the technology powering the platform.

Speaking on the launch, the Managing Director of FSL Insurance Brokers Limited, Adeyinka Falade, said the app represents a major step in transforming how Nigerians access insurance services.

He said, “With FSL Insure, we are digitalising the insurance space and creating access for many, placing protection directly in the hands of Nigerians. This platform represents our vision to drive financial inclusion, deepen insurance penetration, and deliver smarter, faster service to our clients.”

Falade explained that the app allows users to instantly buy and receive insurance policies, access different types of coverage, make seamless payments, manage claims efficiently, and receive professional advisory support. He added that the app was built with strong data protection measures and a user-friendly interface to improve customer trust and ease of use.

According to him, the platform moves the industry away from paper-based and time-consuming processes to a smooth digital journey that saves time and reduces stress for users.

“FSL Insure is redefining the insurance experience in Nigeria by shifting from manual processes to a seamless digital system. It helps bridge the gap between insurance providers and underserved communities, speeds up service delivery, and gives users more control over their insurance needs with transparency, speed, and convenience,” he said.

The company confirmed that the FSL Insure app is now available for download on Android devices, iOS devices, and can also be accessed through its web platform.
