Modern online payment platform Paystack on the Tuesday announced its new partnership scheme with Xero.
Xero is an accounting software app that helps business owners to optimize numbers, receipts, banks and other apps at their convenience.
Founded in 2006, the company now has close to + 3 million subscribers and has become a leader in cloud accounting across New Zealand, Australia, South Africa and United kingdom.
The cloud based accounting software that gives small business owners accessibility and control over their finances as well as ability to integrate more than 1000 apps gained momentum over the years due to its affordability and seamless user experience.
Paystack on a mission to help business in Africa become profitable secured a partnership with Xero and integrated its features to its platform.
Shola Akinlade, CEO and founder of Paystack says he is excited about the new partnership and looks forward to users feedback.
He stated that the partnership was implemented on the basis of ease and improving maximization for African businesses. he went further to highlights a few benefits of the integration, “This integration makes it possible for you to add a “Pay with Paystack” button to your Xero invoices which means more customers can seamlessly pay while Xero automatically records transactions”.
“This integration also gives consumers, clients flexibility to choose their preferred payments channel and make payments however they want” He said.
As payment firms continue to dominate African Fintech Market, Paystack has proved to be a secured payment platform and the first Nigerian company to be accepted into the tech accelerator Y Combinator program.
