The 13th edition of the biggest housing and construction Show in Nigeria and West Africa, The Abuja International Housing Show, is set to commence from 23rd to 26th July 2019 at the prestigious International Conference Center, Abuja.

The Show is widely recognized as the biggest platform for real estate industry stakeholders to advance their knowledge and business network with key stakeholders within the real estate industry.

The 12th edition of the Prestigious Housing show held last year at the Abuja International conference center and hosted over 352 exhibitors. The show was attended by top local and international dignitaries from both public and private sectors along with over 30,000 participants including the Vice President of Nigeria, governors, Minister of Works and Housing from both Ghana and Nigeria, State commissioners of Housing, First class traditional rulers, industry CEOs, and other ranking stakeholders.

International stakeholders included 20 representatives from Turkey, 2 from Italy, 15 from the United Arab Emirates, 25 from China, 30 from Ghana including members of the Country’s parliament. Also from UN-Habitat and AU Housing Finance (AUHF).

The 2019 edition is set to overtake all previous editions with over 300 pre-registered exhibitors and 30+ confirmed speakers like Kehinde Ogundimu, Managing Director, Nigeria Mortgage Refinance Company, Lew Schulman, Chief Executive Officer, Ibuild Global Inc. USA, Deji Alli, Chairman, MIXTA Africa, Debra Erb, Managing Director, Housing Program Overseer Private Investment Corporation, and Kecia Rust, Executive Director And Founder (CAHF), South Africa amongst others.

A unique feature for the 2019 edition will be the CEO Forum — a high-level platform for leaders and captains of industry in the sector to deliberate and strategize on how best to solve some of the industry’s nagging problems as a united front. The show will bring together over 500 CEOs to discuss strategies around  Profitability, New Products and Opportunities, People Issues, Lending, and Credit Risk, Improving Sales and Service, Asset-liability and Investment Issues, Technology, Compensation and Cost control.

This year’s show promises innovative showcasing of products from no less than 50 international companies from countries like Turkey, China, UAE, Netherlands, USA and UK, and a prospective homeowners forum, where participants will have the unique opportunity to fulfill their home ownership dream with exclusive offers from over 200 developers and no less than 20 mortgage banks offering super flexible financing options for available property deals.

The Show will be officially opened by the Vice President of Nigeria and will be attended by a number of state Governors including those from Lagos, Ogun, Nasarawa, and Niger.

The show promises exclusive and irresistible property deals from exhibitors and the organizers have made it very accessible by making registration free, however participating at the Global Housing Finance Conference comes at a fee of NGN 55,000 ($160) and participating at the CEO’s forum costs NGN 65,000 ($200) but is exclusive for CEOs.
