FIPS Multilinks allocates lands to clients at Ibudo Prime City, Epe.

Real estate development, management and investment company FIPS Multilinks Limited hosted and allocated plots of land to its client at the New Lagos, Epe were the Ibudo prime city is being developed. 

According to a real estate consultant Oluwatosin Adeogun of Estate Informant, Ibùdó prime city shares close proximity to the Micheal Otedola housing estate, Saint Augustine University, Yabatech college of education, the proposed International Airport, Lekki free trade zone and Alaro city which makes it the heart and center of Epe, a fast developing city in Lagos.

At the event, lots of clients were allocated their lands and they all had a lot to say about their experience so far.  A client was interviewed and his statement was “I thought I wasn’t going to take it but I considered a handful of things, I came around looked at this place, looked up on the internet and saw all the news coming up for development in Epe as a city and after which I came down here to go see the project. My interface with FIPS Multilinks has been wonderful, the customer service was great and I like the way I was carried along, I’ve bought 36 plots already and I and my team hope to buy more which speaks volume of how impressed I have been with the journey”. 

“Epe is the new Lagos, I think it’s going to be wonderful for every person that takes part in this”, the client went further to state.

When the General Manager of FIPS Multilinks Limited, Olaide Lawal was asked in an interview at the event on how they intend to turn the area to a mega city, he said “ the vision of Ibudo is a place of nature mixed with technology because, we are bringing the future to now, Ibùdó is going to be a self sufficient city which would have everything a city needs inside of it. As for the entrance, provisions has been made for a beautifully designed landscape within the estate and also recreation is one of the key things we incorporated with the Ibùdó city because we understand the need for our people to be fit.” 

He further explain that the city has been well planned and well structured for with sustainability in mind, which comes with good road networks; tight security with CCTV cameras; constant electricity with the introduction of renewable energy generation; recreation and sports centres with swimming pools, sports courts and fields; fibre optic internet services; a shopping mall; business and technology hub with work spaces; health centre and schools; which will serve the residents of this city.

It’s offering includes investment of Nine Hundred Thousand Naira (N900,000) – $1,500 for the Three Hundred  square metre (300 sqm) plot and One Million, Five Hundred Thousand Naira (N1,500,000) – $2,500 for the Five Hundred square metre (500 sqm) plot. Opportunity for an initial deposit of Two Hundred Thousand Naira (N200,000) can be made with an offer that allows you spread your balance for up to 18 months and when you buy 5 plots you get 1 plot free.
