Novarick Homes Marks Its 8th Year Anniversary, Sets Sights On A Clearer Vision For The Future

Real estate development company, Novarick Homes, has marked its eighth anniversary, reflecting on its journey from its early years in the property market to its growing portfolio of developments and investment solutions across Nigeria, while setting a renewed direction for the years ahead.

The anniversary, themed “Sharing a Vision Beyond Today,” represents more than a celebration of the company’s eight-year journey. According to Novarick Homes, it is stating the kind of communities it wants to build, the experiences it wants to create for customers and the value it looks to create as a brand.

The company is using the symbolism of the number eight as part of the anniversary identity. Its two interconnected circles are likened to a pair of lenses, representing the idea of looking beyond what is immediately visible and seeing opportunities that extend into the future.

For Novarick Homes, that vision is centred on building communities that are not only relevant to the needs of today but are designed with the future in mind.

Chief Executive Officer of Novarick Homes, Noah Ibrahim, said the eighth anniversary provides an opportunity for the company to appreciate its achievements while asking more important questions about where it wants to go next.

“Eight years gives you enough distance to look back and appreciate how far you have come, but it also gives you a clearer understanding of what needs to change, what needs to improve and what is possible. For us, this anniversary is really about the future. We are asking ourselves what we want Novarick Homes to represent in another eight, ten or twenty years, and what we need to start doing today to get there,” he said.

Ibrahim explained that the company’s vision extends beyond increasing its portfolio or expanding its presence in the real estate market.

“Our vision is not simply to build more properties. It is to build better. Better communities, better customer experiences, better investment opportunities and developments that remain valuable as the environment around them changes. We want to be intentional about the kind of footprint we leave behind.”

According to him, this includes a stronger focus on sustainability and responsible development, particularly as Nigeria’s cities continue to expand and the demand for housing and infrastructure increases.

“We have to think about the people who will live in these communities years from now. What will their environment look like? What infrastructure will they need? How can we develop in a way that is commercially viable but also responsible? Those are conversations that have to be part of real estate today if we genuinely want to build for tomorrow.”

Over the past eight years, Novarick Homes has expanded its activities across residential developments, land acquisition and structured real estate investment opportunities, with projects and initiatives targeted at different categories of homeowners and investors.

The company’s Under 40 Landlord Initiative, for instance, was introduced to encourage younger Nigerians to begin building property assets earlier in life, while its Buyback Investment Plan provides a structured investment option for individuals seeking exposure to real estate without directly managing a property.

The company said these initiatives form part of a broader objective of making participation in real estate more accessible while creating opportunities for long-term wealth creation.

As it begins its next phase, Novarick Homes is also expanding its development portfolio through new projects and strategic partnerships. Among these is The Page Apartment, a 25-unit studio apartment development being delivered in partnership with Thesaurus Gardens and FineBricks, as well as an upcoming development in Abeokuta.

The company said these collaborations reflect its intention to work with partners who share its approach to quality, design and long-term value creation.

For Chief Operating Officer, Collins Oforgu, the real test of a company’s vision is not how well it can articulate it, but how consistently it can translate it into execution.

“A vision only becomes meaningful when people can experience it. Our responsibility as a business is to take the ideas we talk about; quality, sustainability, customer experience, innovation, and turn them into the projects we deliver and the way we serve people.” he said.

Oforgu noted that the company’s next phase would place greater emphasis on execution, project delivery and customer experience as it continues to grow.

“As we look ahead, we want people to see quality in the development, while also experiencing clarity and consistency. The standard should remain the same for a client buying a home or investing.”

He added that strategic partnerships would become extremely important to the company’s growth as it seeks to bring together expertise across developments, design, infrastructure and other areas of real estate.

Beyond its development portfolio, Novarick Homes said its vision for the future also includes strengthening its relationship with customers and stakeholders.

The company noted that the modern property buyer is increasingly interested not only in location and pricing but also in the quality of the development, the credibility of the developer, the experience after purchase and the long-term value of the investment.

According to the company, customer assurance, transparency and communication will therefore remain central to its operations as it enters its ninth year.

Oforgu said the company also recognises that sharing a vision means ensuring that the people who interact with the brand can identify themselves within that vision.

“When we say ‘Sharing a Vision Beyond Today,’ it is not a vision that belongs only to management. It includes our customers, our people, our partners and the communities we develop. If the people we serve do not see themselves in what we are building, then the vision is incomplete.”

The company said sustainability will remain an important part of its future development approach, with greater consideration for greener environments, thoughtful community planning, efficient infrastructure and development practices that take long-term environmental and social impact into account.

Reflecting on the company’s eight-year journey, Ibrahim expressed appreciation to the clients, employees, partners and other stakeholders who have contributed to Novarick Homes’ growth.

“Every person who has trusted us with their money, their property decisions or their professional contribution has played a part in this journey. Eight years would not mean much without the people who have shared the journey with us. That is why the word ‘sharing’ in our anniversary theme is important. We are not looking at the future alone; we are looking at it together.”

As part of the anniversary celebrations, Novarick Homes will roll out a series of promotional activities, stakeholder engagements and special initiatives aimed at appreciating its customers and partners while creating opportunities for deeper engagement with the communities it serves.

The company said its eighth anniversary marks a transition from simply reflecting on what it has built to being more deliberate about what it intends to build next; a future defined by sustainable communities, meaningful partnerships, stronger customer relationships and real estate opportunities that create value beyond today.
