Real estate development company, Novarick Homes, has begun a strategic partnership with Real Estate Warriors, led by Dr. Desire Peter Anagonou, with the aim of strengthening its network of realtors, while creating new opportunities to connect Nigerians with property ownership and structured real estate investment.
The partnership, which was formalised on August 7, 2026, brings together Novarick Homes’ portfolio of property developments and investment solutions with the network of the Real Estate Warriors.
According to Novarick Homes, the partnership is part of its broader approach to building relationships with professionals who can help extend access to credible property opportunities while creating sustainable growth opportunities for realtors.
The collaboration is also expected to place particular emphasis on two of the company’s offerings: the Buyback Investment Plan, which provides a structured approach to real estate investment, and the Under 40 Landlord Initiative, which is designed to encourage younger Nigerians to begin their journey into property ownership.
Chief Executive Officer of Novarick Homes, Noah Ibrahim, said partnerships remain an important part of the company’s growth strategy as it looks beyond individual transactions towards building a stronger system around real estate.
“Real estate is bigger than any single company. If we want more Nigerians to own property and participate meaningfully in the sector, we need strong relationships with people who are already close to the market and understand the needs of buyers and investors. That is what makes partnerships like this important to us,” he said.
Ibrahim added that the company’s goal is to build relationships that create value for all sides of the transaction.
“We want our partners to grow with us. When a realtor has credible products to take to the market, understands what they are selling and has the support to serve their clients properly, everybody wins. For us, that is what a successful partnership should look like.”
A key component of the partnership will be the promotion of Novarick Homes’ Buyback Investment Plan, which has continued to attract interest from individuals seeking structured opportunities to participate in the real estate sector.
The company said the project provides an alternative for investors who want exposure to real estate without necessarily taking on the responsibilities associated with directly acquiring and managing a property.
The partnership will also support the company’s Under 40 Landlord Initiative, which seeks to challenge the idea that young Nigerians cannot be land owners early enough.
The initiative is targeted at young entrepreneurs, salary earners and business owners and provides structured payment options designed to make property ownership more accessible to younger Nigerians.
Chief Operating Officer of Novarick Homes, Collins Oforgu, said Real Estate Warriors was a great fit for the company’s objectives because of the role its members can play in reaching a younger and increasingly active generation of property buyers.
“Real Estate Warriors is the kind of partnership that makes sense for what we are trying to achieve. There is a growing number of young Nigerians who are earning, building businesses and becoming more intentional about their finances, but many of them still don’t see themselves as property owners. We need real estate professionals who can have that conversation with them, and that is where this partnership becomes particularly relevant,” he said.
According to Oforgu, the connection between the partnership and the Under 40 Landlord initiative goes beyond selling land.
“The Under 40 Landlord campaign is about changing the mindset around ownership. Real Estate Warriors gives us the opportunity to take that conversation to a wider audience through professionals who understand the market and can engage these younger buyers directly. The goal is not simply to sell a plot; it is to help more young Nigerians understand that they can start building property assets earlier than they think.”
He added that the partnership would also give Real Estate Warriors members access to a broader range of products that can meet different client needs.
“Not every client is looking for the same thing. Someone may be ready to buy land, another person may be more interested in an investment opportunity, while someone else may be looking for a long-term property solution. Having both the Buyback Plan and Under 40 Landlord gives our partners different conversations to have with different clients.”
For Dr. Desire Peter Anagonou, Head of Real Estate Warriors, the partnership represents an opportunity for members of the community to work with a developer whose offerings extend beyond conventional property sales.
“Novarick Homes is important to us because of their wide portfolio. We are not looking at this partnership simply from the perspective of having more properties to sell. We are looking at what it can create for our members and, ultimately, for the people they serve,” he said.
Anagonou said access to structured investment opportunities and initiatives aimed at younger Nigerians could help real estate professionals have more meaningful conversations with their clients.
“People need solutions at different stages of their financial journey. Some people are ready to invest, some are looking to own their first piece of land, and others are still trying to understand where they fit into the property market. Having a partner like Novarick Homes gives our members more opportunities to respond to those different needs.”
He added that the partnership would also support the broader objective of strengthening professionalism and collaboration within the real estate industry.
The collaboration comes at a time when more Nigerians are exploring real estate not only as a means of acquiring property but also as a pathway to long-term wealth creation. For real estate professionals, this has increased the importance of understanding different property products and being able to guide clients towards opportunities that align with their individual goals.
Novarick Homes said it intends to continue supporting its realtor partners with relevant information, product knowledge and engagement opportunities as the partnership develops.
The company also noted that the collaboration comes during its eighth-anniversary year, themed “Sharing a Vision Beyond Today,” which reflects its vision on building stronger relationships and partnerships as part of its next phase of growth.
The company said the partnership with Real Estate Warriors marks another step in its efforts to strengthen collaboration across the real estate sector while expanding access to property ownership and investment opportunities for Nigerians.
As both organisations begin the partnership, the focus will remain on creating meaningful opportunities for real estate professionals, reaching more prospective homeowners and investors, and building a relationship capable of delivering long-term value for both sides.
