The International English Language Testing System, or IELTS, is the world’s most popular English language proficiency test, an international standardized test of English language proficiency for non-native English language speakers. IELTS is globally recognised by more than 10,000 employers, universities, schools and immigration agencies. 

Turkey is one of the fastest-growing economies in the world with over 200 universities. Applicants who wish to apply for admissions into Bachelors, Masters, and PhD Degree Programs do not need IELTS or TOEFL Tests to seek admissions in any of these universities in Turkey.

Here is the list of universities in Turkey where applicants can apply for admission without IELTS.

Bahçeşehir University: Bahçeşehir University is a private educational institution in Turkey, located at the European side of Istanbul. 

İstanbul Zaim University: Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University is one of the highest-ranking foundation universities in Turkey and a leading research institution in the region.

İstanbul Medipol University: is a private, non-profit university established in 2009. 

Beykent University: Beykent University is a foundation university in Istanbul, Turkey, teaching in English, Russian Combined and Turkish with 29,401 students

Istanbul Aydın University: is a private university founded on May 18, 2007, in Istanbul, Turkey.

Ufuk University: Ufuk University, located in Ankara, Turkey, was established by the Turkish Foundation of Traffic Accidents in 1999. The University consists of Faculties of Medicine, Law, Education, Science-Literature, Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences.

Atılım University: Atılım University is a private university, created in 1997. It is located in Ankara, the capital of Turkey. The language of instruction for most courses is English. Education programs are at international standards.

Çankaya University:  is a private university in Ankara, Turkey.

Başkent University: The first private university to teach health sciences in Turkey, located in Ankara, has Medical and Research Centers and Dialysis Centers all around Turkey.

One of the prerequisites to apply in any of these universities is that applicants must have a letter from their previous school stating they have completed and passed English Language examinations which will be used in place of IELTS.
