IBADAN, OYO STATE — Amo Group, a diversified Nigerian agribusiness group with operations spanning key areas of the agricultural value chain, including poultry production, animal feed, food processing, veterinary pharmaceuticals, and agricultural solutions, has expanded its portfolio with the launch of Amo Agrotech Ltd., a new subsidiary focused on providing end-to-end equipment solutions for the livestock, poultry, and agricultural industries.
Amo Agrotech was officially launched on 27 August 2026 at its new office at No. 2, Pacesetter Estate, Ogungbade Junction, Kukumada Area, New Ife Road, Ibadan. The launch brought together senior management of Amo Group, staff, clients, customers, partners, and other stakeholders in the agricultural sector.
Amo Agrotech provides equipment and technology solutions to support agricultural enterprises across different stages of production and processing. Its portfolio includes poultry equipment, environmentally controlled houses, cage systems, feed mill equipment, agricultural machinery, and chicken and goat processing systems.
Speaking at the launch, Mr. Ramchandra Kale, General Manager, Amo Agrotech Ltd., highlighted the importance of reliable equipment and appropriate technical solutions to the growth and efficiency of agricultural businesses.

Delivering the keynote address, Dr. Ayoola Oduntan, Group Managing Director, Amo Group, described the launch as an important addition to the Group’s portfolio and its broader role in the agricultural sector.

Representing the Commissioner, Oyo State Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, Mr. Okunlola, Director, Department of Animal Husbandry Services, highlighted the importance of investments that support agricultural development and improve access to modern solutions for businesses operating within the sector, particularly in Oyo State.
The launch also featured members of Amo Group’s senior management team, including Dr. Anand Burra, Managing Director, Amo Farm Sieberer Hatchery Ltd., and Dr. Agboola Belgore, Managing Director, Amo Byng Nig. Ltd., alongside staff, clients, customers, partners and other industry stakeholders.
The event provided an opportunity for Amo Agrotech to formally introduce its capabilities and equipment portfolio to businesses and stakeholders, while highlighting its role within the wider Amo Group.
Through its specialised equipment solutions, Amo Agrotech will support businesses seeking to improve production efficiency, modernise their operations and strengthen their capacity across livestock, poultry, feed production, agricultural processing and related activities. The new subsidiary also expands the range of solutions available through Amo Group to businesses operating across the agricultural value chain.
