Meritabode Group, a real estate company in response to the growing housing deficit in Nigeria, has launched a 200 housing unit project called Sapphire Court at Mowe Ofada.

Anyanso Duruaku Roseline, the Operations Manager of Meritabode, announced the launch of the luxury and affordable housing solution set to improve the quality of life of its residents. Strong on convenience and comfort, Sapphire court which is the company’s first housing project as opposed to its previous land selling operations, offers a convenience the housing market has never experienced.

The residential estate is positioned on 20 Acres of C of O land and comprises 200 units of 2 and 3 bedroom semi-detached bungalows. Each unit of the bungalow is designed to capture and maximize natural lighting from the sun giving it an airy and relaxed ambiance. 

Speaking at the launch, the General Manager of Merit Abode Group, Mrs. Ofure Oseni stated that this latest project aims to respond to the increased demand for well-constructed housing. The launch had in attendance veteran actors Prince Jide Kosoko, Sola Kosoko, and a famous radio presenter, Taiwo Akinsola.
