To contribute to the growth of professionalism in the Nigerian real estate market, Northcourt Limited will be holding an annual research competition. This is a transition from the Estate Management Students’ Association (EMSA) debate and essay competition that it has held at the University of Lagos, Akoka – Yaba, Lagos since 2015.
The competition is open to real estate students in Nigerian Universities and Polytechnics at all levels and affords them the opportunity of demonstrating their knowledge and research skills in the real estate industry.
To participate, students are to write not more than 2,000 words on the topic ‘Considering the global pandemic, how can mixed-use real estate increase the returns of real estate investors and stimulate activities in the sector?’.
Interested participants are to send in their entries with a copy of their institution/faculty/department identification to [email protected].
Cash prizes of N250,000, N150,000, and N100,000 will be awarded to the top 1st, 2nd and 3rd entries. Winners will be announced on the 31st of May 2021.
