The United Kingdom’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Dame Sarah Macintosh, has commended the Tinubu administration’s efforts on security and economic reform.
Envoys Meet in New York
Macintosh met Nigeria’s UN envoy, Ambassador Jimoh Ibrahim, at the Nigeria Mission House to discuss border stability and bilateral cooperation.
She also congratulated Ibrahim on his appointment as Chairman of the UN’s Fifth Committee, calling it an opportunity for further engagement between both countries.
Ibrahim thanked the British envoy for the visit and reaffirmed Nigeria’s commitment to strengthening ties with the UK.
